Legacy Boxing Series
Three Tiers.
One Boxing System.
Legacy Boxing Series operates in 10-week training blocks, followed by a 2–3 week reduced timetable to allow members to reset, recover and prepare for the next block.
Fitness
Build fitness, confidence, technique & consistency through boxing training without contact.
Sparring
Develop composure, timing, defence and ring confidence through technical boxing & controlled contact.
Fight
A structured fight camp leading into a full Legacy fight night experience.
