Club-Focused Sessions

Monday & Wednesday PM

These are the main stream-based sessions for Fitness Club, Sparring Club and Fight Club. Members train within their registered pathway so coaching, skill development and progression stay structured.

Communal Sessions

AM + Tue, Thu, Fri & Sat

These sessions sit outside the main Club streams and are designed to complement your training — including all-levels boxing, padwork, conditioning and S&C.

Legacy Boxing Series

Three Tiers.
One Boxing System.

Legacy Boxing Series is our structured boxing pathway designed to support every level of boxer — from fitness-focused members through to sparring, fight camp and competitive boxing.

Fitness Club

Run in 10-week blocks, Fitness Club includes structured boxing sessions focused on fitness and skill development — without contact.

Sparring Club

Technical boxing sessions with a focus on controlled sparring, skill development and learning how to apply this under pressure.

Fight Club

A 10-week immersive boxing camp designed to elevate your skill, strength and mindset while preparing you for a sanctioned bout under the lights.

Communal Training

Sessions That Support Your Club Training.

These sessions complement the core Club structure and help members build boxing IQ, fitness, confidence and conditioning across the week.

GRUNT S&C

Strength & conditioning using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio machines and more. Challenging, functional and designed to complement your boxing.

Open to all levels and clubs.

All Club Padwork

A community-based boxing session bringing members from Fitness, Sparring and Fight Club together for technical pad and shield work, combinations, defence and counters.

Open to all levels and clubs.

BoxR

A fast-paced, non-contact boxing workout covering skipping, shadow boxing, bag work, pad work and basic conditioning. The focus is strong fundamentals, flow and high output.

Open to all levels and clubs.

All-Levels Boxing

A mix of boxing fundamentals, bag work, pad work, partner drills and conditioning. This session appears across the timetable, including morning and weekend options, and is designed for all skill and fitness levels.

Junior Boxing

Junior Boxing is designed for all levels of juniors aged 10–15, focusing on fitness, boxing skill and safe progression. Multiple coaches are on hand each session, with juniors grouped by skill and ability level.

Pro-Am Fighters

Private training for professional boxers and experienced amateurs. Fighters are generally developed through Fight Club or Sparring Club first, with Pro-Am training offered by invitation once they are ready for higher-level competition.
