Our Junior Boxing classes are designed specifically for kids and young teens, with a focus on learning proper boxing skills in a safe, structured and supportive environment.

3 Classes Weekly

  • Wednesday 4:30pm

Includes access to all three Junior Boxing classes each week.

Junior Boxing.

Junior Boxing is built for kids who want to learn, move, build confidence and have fun — whether they are brand new to boxing or interested in developing their skills further.

Fitness

Classes help kids build fitness, coordination, discipline and confidence through boxing-based training.

Skill

Kids learn boxing fundamentals including footwork, bag work, pad work, defence and technique.

Progression

For kids who want to take boxing further, our coaches can help guide their progression toward more advanced training.

Classes are mixed gender, and we work hard to provide a fun and safe space for kids of any skill level or gender to learn about boxing.

Contact is optional, and all skill and fitness levels are welcome. Whether your child is here for fitness, confidence, discipline or future competition, our coaches will meet them where they are.

Because this is a junior program, we ask parents to come in and speak with our staff before getting started.
