LEGACY BOXING SERIES
The Legacy Boxing Series is our structured, 3-tier boxing system designed to help you train with purpose and progress at the right level.
Training is delivered in 10-week camps, with each tier tailored to your experience, goals, and desired level of challenge — whether you’re brand new to boxing, developing skills, or preparing to compete.
This system creates a clear pathway for every member to build fitness, boxing skill, confidence, and consistency over time.
HOW THE CAMPS WORK

Training runs in 10-week blocks, followed by a short 2-3 week reduced timetable designed to support recovery & small re-set ahead of the next training block.

Members commit to either two or four camps when they register
(6- or 12-month minimum terms) -
All Legacy Boxing Series members receive complimentary swipe access to the gym
Camp 1 for 2026 commenced on January 26th.
CAN I STILL JOIN IF THE CURRENT CAMP HAS ALREADY STARTED?
YES - we have multiple joining options to get involved after 26th January.

Fitness Club: Can be joined at any time. No prior boxing experience required.

Sparring Club: May be joined during a camp, subject to experience level and stage of the block.

Fight Club: Pre-registration only. Cannot be joined mid-camp.
If you’re new to boxing or joining after a camp has begun, Fitness Club is the recommended starting point, with the option to progress into Sparring Club when appropriate.

FITNESS CLUB
- $55 per week (4 camps)
- $60 per week (2 camps)
Legacy Fitness Club is a structured 10-week boxing and fitness program for everyday people who want to train like a boxer — without contact or sparring.
Across each block, you’ll build real boxing skill while improving fitness, strength, and conditioning through purposeful, progressive training — not just another general gym class.
Training runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings and evenings. Members also receive:

Optional Tuesday & Thursday community sessions (open boxing, pad work, and strength & conditioning)

Saturday morning all-levels boxing sessions (non-contact)
At the end of each 10-week camp, all Legacy members come together at Legacy Night to celebrate the completion of the block.
After each camp, training transitions into a short reduced-intensity phase to support recovery and reset before the next block begins.
As your skills and confidence develop, you’ll have the option to progress into Sparring Club or Fight Club, continuing along the Legacy pathway if you choose.
SPARRING CLUB
- $65 per week (4 camps)
- $70 per week (2 camps)
Legacy Sparring Club is a structured 10-week boxing program for those ready to move beyond fitness and develop real boxing skill through technical training and controlled sparring.
Each camp focuses on building timing, footwork, defence, ring awareness, and composure. Training includes two skill-based sessions per week and one dedicated sparring night, designed to safely introduce and progress contact in a controlled environment.
Training runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings. Sparring Club members also receive:

At the end of each 10-week camp, members take part in the Legacy Sparring Club Event — an in-house showcase featuring three controlled two-minute rounds under lights, music, and atmosphere. There are no winners or losers — just the opportunity to experience a real fight-night environment without registrations, medicals, or competition paperwork.
For those who show readiness, Sparring Club can also serve as a pathway toward amateur competition and Legacy Fight Nights, at the coaches’ discretion.
Legacy Sparring Club is ideal for members who want to push beyond general classes, sharpen their skills, and experience what real boxing feels like — safely, progressively, and with purpose.
FIGHT CLUB

Legacy Fight Club is the pinnacle of the Legacy Boxing Series — a premium 10-week fight camp for athletes ready to train, prepare, and compete on a fully sanctioned Pro-Am Fight Night.
Across the camp, members complete an elite preparation process focused on advanced skill development, conditioning, and controlled contact, with the clear goal of becoming competition-ready — physically, mentally, and technically.
Training runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings in private Fight Club sessions, exclusive to registered participants. Members also receive:

Fight Club includes premium inclusions such as hand wraps and a team shirt, with optional access to exclusive strength programs, nutrition support, and recovery services.
The first half of the camp focuses on united team training, building skill, confidence, and camaraderie across the full Fight Club squad. In the final weeks, match-ups are confirmed and athletes split into Team White and Team Black, intensifying preparation under dedicated coaching teams.
The journey culminates at Legacy Fight Night — a fully sanctioned Pro-Am event with full production, lighting, commentary, media, and hospitality. Fight Club athletes open the night, stepping into the ring before Legacy’s elite amateurs and professionals close the show.
Legacy Fight Club is for those ready to commit fully — to train harder, prepare deeper, and represent Legacy under the lights with courage, discipline, and heart.
