Train inside Legacy Gym’s state-of-the-art two-level facility — with a dedicated upper-level sparring zone featuring four boxing rings for technical and controlled sparring, plus full-size competition rings downstairs built for the real fight experience.
Alongside your boxing, you’ll receive strength and conditioning — with full access to our 400 m² state-of-the-art weights, cardio, and functional-fitness gym.

Recovery Protocols
Access ice baths & hot-water therapy on a Friday night as part of Fight Club team day throughout your 10-week journey, giving your body the recovery it deserves to perform at its best.
Optional Recovery Upgrade: For an additional $19.99 per week, participants can upgrade to unlimited communal sauna & water therapy access.
Nutrition and Meal Planning
Enjoy nutrition and dietary guidance along with exclusive meal plans that fuel your training, recovery, and transformation — setting you up for success across the entire 10 weeks.

So..How does the program work?
The Legacy Fight Club focuses on the core fundamentals of boxing.
Over the course of 10 weeks, you’ll learn key components including balance, timing & range, footwork, defence, punch selection & more, with the goal of bringing everything together to create a well-rounded experience on fight night.

Monday & Wednesday nights, 7.15pm → Compulsory team training in your private Legacy Fight Club sessions.

Friday nights, 6.45pm → Team training / club-orientated session.
Along the way, you’ll also take part in competition sparring, team events, and community nights — everything designed to prepare you for fight night while building camaraderie.
Teams and Allocation
Legacy Fight Club is run by a team of 4–6 coaches, depending on registration numbers.
During the first half of the camp, all fighters train together to build consistency, confidence, camaraderie, and overall team culture. As the camp progresses, fighters are then divided into smaller groups to allow for more detailed coach-to-fighter attention.
Team allocation is structured around weight, age, and experience to keep groups balanced and matchups fair.
Key Dates
Please note, one compulsory comp sparring night will take place during the camp. This is an important part of the Fight Club experience. If you are unable to attend, alternative arrangements must be organised with coaches in advance.

- Fight Night: Saturday 26th September
How does the matching process work?
Matching in the Legacy Fight Club is based on three main factors: weight, skill level, and mentality. Because all teams complete the program under one roof, the process is simple and transparent. With joint training and sparring days included, coaches can fairly assess every boxer to ensure even matchups and the best fight night experience possible.
Returning Fight Club Participants
Returning Fight Club participants may be offered the opportunity to represent Legacy Boxing Club in amateur competition against outside gyms during or following the program.
Selection for these opportunities is based on:
- Effort and consistency
- Skill level and development
- Attitude, commitment, and willingness to work
These opportunities are not guaranteed and will only be offered if Legacy coaches believe a participant is physically and mentally ready for amateur competition.
Participants not selected for outside competition will instead be matched within the Legacy Fight Club pool for Fight Night.
Program Investment
Weekly Fees: $79.99/week.
Or for returning Fight Club Participants - $70/week.
Includes access to all private Legacy Fight Club slots, all timetabled classes, full swipe access to weights, cardio, and boxing facilities, club days and more.
Registration Fee: $100, split into 2x $50 payments.
Optional Recovery Upgrade: Additional $19.99/week for unlimited communal sauna & water therapy access.
Your registration also includes hand wraps, training tee & associated admin.
